Approach

1. Assessments are carried out individually or in small groups after which a personalized report (Approx. 12 pages) is generated. 
2. The assessment time is about 4 hours. Results are then interpreted to the parents and/or clients in an hour conference. (For children 5 to 8 years, the assessment procedure takes about 2 hours.)
3. Recommendations are made for remediation or development. The client's profile is compared with intellectual abilities required for specific occupations to help guide the client making an informed career choice.
